Chromotherapy — also known as Color Light Therapy — uses specific light wavelengths to gently influence the body’s nervous system, hormonal balance, and emotional state.

Each color carries a measurable wavelength and frequency. When absorbed through the eyes and skin, light signals are transmitted to areas of the brain responsible for regulating mood, sleep cycles, stress response, and energy balance.

The result: subtle yet powerful physiological shifts that support mind, body, and overall wellbeing.

THE COLOR GUIDE

RED LIGHT

Stimulating · Activating · Energising
Supports circulation, physical energy, muscle activation and alertness. Recommended before workouts or when feeling fatigued. Not advised before sleep.

GREEN LIGHT

Balance · Harmony · Recovery

Calms the nervous system and supports stress reduction and regeneration. Ideal after intense training or during demanding periods. One of the most universally balancing colors.

ORANGE LIGHT

Uplifting · Rejuvenating · Motivating
Encourages positivity, creativity and emotional warmth. Ideal during low-energy days or when you need a mood boost.

YELLOW LIGHT

Clarity · Focus · Confidence

Enhances concentration, cognitive function and mental sharpness. Recommended before meetings, planning or decision-making.

BLUE LIGHT

Calm · Cooling · Serenity

Helps reduce tension, slow the heart rate and prepare the body for rest. Recommended after workouts or before sleep.

VIOLET LIGHT

Mindfulness · Reflection · Inner Reset
Encourages deep relaxation, meditation and emotional clarity. Ideal for quiet reflection and breathwork sessions.

WHITE LIGHT

Neutral · Clean · Reset

Creates a sense of clarity and renewal. Perfect at the beginning or end of a session, or when unsure which color to choose.

PERSONAL SELECTION OR AUTOMATIC FLOW

At Kensho, you may choose your experience in two ways:

Select a single color based on your current need and remain during your session

You may also activate the Auto Mode, where colors transition smoothly throughout your session. (Auto mode is standard)

In this setting:

  • Light frequencies shift gradually
  • The body experiences a full spectrum sequence
  • The nervous system responds naturally


Ideal when you prefer a guided flow or a complete energetic reset.

HOW TO USE CHROMOTHERAPY
